Vince Staples, 23 says he has never done drugs or drank alcohol in his life, the rapper tweeted out last April.

 Staples before tweeting that out in a CNN interview said, “I’ve never drunk alcohol, smoked a bit of anything, took any drugs that my doctor didn’t give me for asthma in my life,” Staples saidto CNN. “I’ve never fell victim to peer pressure in my life, in general, and there’s enough respect for me as a person amongst my peers … once they figure out that’s something that I don’t do they don’t even try to push it to me.”

A member of the group Cutthroat Boyz, rapper Vince Staples surfaced in the early 2010s with a spate of promising appearances on Odd Future-related recordings -- including Earl Sweatshirt's "epaR," Mike G's "Moracular World" and Award Tour EP, the Jet Age of Tomorrow's "Lunchbox," and Domo Genesis' "Elimination Chamber" -- as well as the 2011 mixtape Shyne Goldchain. In 2012, the rapper released Winter in Prague, a mixtape issued as a free download with the production work handled entirely by Michael Uzowuru.

The Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra has transcended the dream held by its founders in 1912 when they assembled a group of musicians to create what is now one of the community's greatest assets. Since its beginnings, the orchestra has been an essential thread in the city's cultural fabric and the very foundation of Fort Worth's performing arts.
